Tom Schicktanz

Tom Schicktanz is the Construction Administrator for Wheelhouse Construction and serves as the primary office interface between the company and its subcontractors, vendors and partners. Tom is responsible for the day-to-day business operations of the company and is also responsible for managing a wide variety of specialized construction projects.

Before joining Wheelhouse Construction, Tom was the V.P. of facilities for Boutique and Wheelhouse Apartments where he oversaw 45+ apartment buildings with over 1,000 apartments under management. Tom also has over 18 years of experience in the data and software industry with focus on business analysis, project management and control, and portfolio management.
