ED SWEDA

Ed Sweda joined Wheelhouse Construction as the Director of Vertical Transportation,
with an extensive business operational background, encompassing both construction
and manufacturing industries. He is known as a results-driven change agent with a
proven record of rapidly transforming and optimizing operations. Prior to joining WHC,
Ed served a number of senior leadership roles in service & operations, with multiple
OEM elevator companies in the west coast. Rooted in Colorado in 2018 with his family,
Ed has successfully executed more than $20 million of elevator modernization projects
and provided vertical transportation consulting service to key owners account, such as
CBRE. Ed started his career as an union electrician for more than
20 years; his direct electrical experience, operational leadership and knowledge of
elevator equipment make him an unique asset to WHC.
An operational leader at heart, Ed does not forget about the most important part of
business: our customers. Hyper-focusing on customer relationships, Ed built his
reputation based on customer satisfaction by doing what’s right for the customers,
nothing less.
