Commercial Office Renovation | Santa Fe Offices

Wheelhouse Construction occupies approximately 3,000 square feet in the 3-story, 17,500 square foot building located in the heart of the Santa Fe Arts District. Wheelhouse Construction went right to work renovating its new space, which it designed in-house, to be both a showroom and office space with the finishes representing the diversity of construction styles they can perform.  One office facade incorporates rustic, loft-style elements, and another represents a modern building with decorative tile and stonework. There is also an open area with a co-working feel and a conference area featuring a large table re-purposed from an old printing press.

Wheelhouse Construction is excited to be utilizing such a unique space that restores a part of Denver’s history. Throughout this project, the team truly brought to life their motto of “Building the Future… Restoring the Past”.
