Nick Meihaus is a versatile and determined individual who has carved a unique early career path in both the construction and real estate industries. After life a collegiate track and field student athlete, they seamlessly transitioned into the construction sector, working with various commercial general contractors throughout Denver & Northern Colorado. With a keen eye for detail and a strong work ethic, he honed his skills as an onsite field/project engineer, contributing to a wide range of projects in sectors such as aerospace manufacturing, healthcare facilities, and grocery stores.

Nick discovered a passion for estimating and preconstruction, which led them to take on challenging roles within their field. Their meticulousness and analytical mindset allowed them to excel as an estimator, ensuring accurate project assessments and cost evaluations. Currently, Nick has found their professional home at Wheelhouse Construction, where they serve in a dynamic role supporting both project management and estimating functions. With their expertise and dedication, they play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of construction projects, from initial planning to final delivery. Through their collaborative approach and commitment to excellence he hopes to continue to bring success to Wheelhouse Construction and all involved owners, design teams, and trade partners.
