MIKE MCCLURE

Mike oversees the day-to-day progress of each construction project, including the scheduling, supervision and management of subcontractors. He is also responsible for the scheduling of equipment and supplies, maintaining the budget and meeting construction deadlines.
Mike has experience supervising projects and people, most recently as a Project Superintendent of CLD Construction, where he managed the extensive remodel of high-rise apartment buildings, and supervised crews to complete jobs efficiently, on-time and on-budget, while maintaining a high level of quality and a safe work
