Complete Building Renovation – 910 East 12th

At 910 East 12th, we undertook a comprehensive renovation project that transformed the entire building. We installed new kitchens and bathrooms, complete with modern appliances, cabinets, and plumbing fixtures. The existing hardwood floors were meticulously repaired and refinished, restoring their original charm. We also applied fresh paint throughout the space and added a stylish subway tile backsplash in the kitchens. To enhance energy efficiency and aesthetics, we installed LED lighting. The corridors received a full makeover, and we refurbished the original vintage banquets, blending classic elements with contemporary updates for a harmonious and inviting environment.
