1660 Franklin St. was a complete unit by unit renovation project for Wheelhouse Construction. The renovations included:

• New kitchens
• Bathrooms
• Tile and hardwood flooring
• Stainless steel appliances
• New shaker cabinets
• Quartz countertops
• New lighting and plumbing fixtures.

We also installed a special decorative board and batten wall treatment in the units and common hallway.
