Wheelhouse Construction was the general contractor for RedPeak Properties on the major renovation of the 1970 built, 82 unit, 11 story Coachman Apartments. The renovation phase of the project took Wheelhouse Construction approximately 10 months to complete. The transformation of the long in-the-tooth Coachman Apartments into the modern, amenity-rich, and highly sought-after residence was an exciting project for Wheelhouse Construction to be a part of.

Several common area amenities were added including:
