Exterior Renovation

Outside, we renovated the rooftop deck and added curb appeal with new entryway architecture, new landscaping, exterior lighting, repaved parking lot, designer paint and custom signage.

Common Area Renovation

High-end amenities that appeal to this demographic were added to the interior common areas, such as a demonstration commercial-grade kitchen with stainless appliances, commercial hood and granite countertops, as well as a business center, fitness center, improved laundry facilities, updated elevator, new rooftop community gathering area with seating and gas grill, and a new designer vestibule entryway.

Unit Renovation

The individual units were upgraded with completely renovated ADA-compliant bathrooms and enhanced with brand-new kitchens that included new cabinets, countertops, bath, sinks, faucets, hardware and appliances. Other design highlights included new hardwood flooring, carpeting, tile flooring, designer paint and lighting.
