This 71-unit high-rise, originally built in 1971, was transformed into a metropolis-worthy structure when Boutique Apartments acquired it in 2008. Renovations included higher-end finishes and space-saving designs that qualified this building as a Boutique Apartments Luxe™ property. The design theme was highlighted with custom wall murals on each of the 12 floors representing a major metropolis, including New York City, London, New Delhi and Sydney.

The entire exterior of building was painted with a colorful design, loosely based on skylines and building shapes. The exterior received all new lighting, custom building signage, a new vestibule with access controls, landscaping and concrete with decorative micro-topping.
Common Area Renovation
The building received all new electrical subpanels, an upgraded automated fire alarm system, custom murals on each floor, stylized elevator décor, new entryway design and furniture, new carpeting and designer paint, interior stairwell upgrades including slate wall treatment and non- slip coating, custom interior signage, new fitness center and business center, and laundry room.
Interior renovations included designer paint schemes, custom lighting solutions, FSC-certified hardwood floors, carpeting, custom cabinetry, slate flooring, stainless-steel appliances, Silestone breakfast bar, new doors and hardware, commercial-grade energy-efficient windows and closet organizers. Bathrooms received new plumbing, contemporary vanities, designer tile and hardware, and bathtubs.
Green Building Features
Eco-friendly updates include a Pro-Temp boiler controller, recycling services for the building, energy-efficient windows, low-flow shower heads and toilets, carpet made from recycled water bottles, FSC-certified wood floors, compact florescent lighting, and electricity provided by WindSource through Xcel Energy for all common areas.
