DenverApartmentRemodel-BuildingWheelhouse Construction was the general contractor for a local group of investors on the extensive renovations of this 1962 built, 19 unit outside walkup. While the footprint of the apartment units remained unchanged, everything inside the units was renovated including kitchens, bathrooms, lighting, plumbing and flooring. Exterior renovations included new architectural metal railings and balcony panels, new windows, paint and an eye-popping courtyard landscape redesign complete with gazebo.

The renovation took Wheelhouse Construction approximately 4 months to complete. Many components of this renovation were value engineered and design built by Wheelhouse Construction onsite, resulting in both rapid execution and cost savings for the investor group. Wheelhouse Construction has subsequently been retained as the general contractor on two other renovation projects for this investor group.
